He is now dedicated to revolutionizing sensing technology to radically improving our ability to detect and understand phenomena and disease and improve care outcomes for everyone.
LUKE SABAN
PRESIDENT
Luke is an accomplished C-level executive and advisor who is regularly sought after to address varied operating issues and prepare for successful liquidity events. He has an extensive background in finance and venture capital and specific experience in industrial sectors, including healthcare, energy and technology and venture capital.

DR. NIKHIL PONON
DIRECTOR OF APPLICATION & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Dr. Ponon is an expert in embedded software design and development, as well as characterization methods for studying electrical, optical and material properties of thin films and bioelectronic devices. His knowledge in material processing and fabrication in the cleanroom is a key RAM Group asset.

WALID MUNIEF
DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY & FABRICATION
Walid has expertise in research, engineering, and development of various MEMS and HEMT sensor platforms which includes various electrical characterization techniques of sensors and materials. He is also an expert in methods for process analytics such as infrared, Raman and terahertz spectroscopy. In addition, he is responsible for the integration of quality standards into production.

TINA THEIS
EXECUTIVE MANAGER
With a BA in Applied Life Sciences and a Masters Degree in Microsystems and Nanotechnology, Tina is an expert in Clean Room Technology and Sensor Read Out techniques.

DR. JODY RANCK
SENIOR ADVISOR FOR GLOBAL HEALTH STRATEGY
Jody is a healthcare expert and author with extensive experience working with major healthcare players in the public and private sectors. He regularly advises on innovation, mHealth/eHealth, strategy and foresight. He is a noted thought leader who he has written widely on Connected Health in global settings.

DR. MIRIAM SCHWARTZ
PROGRAM MANAGER
Dr. Schwartz is a highly awarded scientist with specific experience in establishing DNA and immunoassays on biosensors and in surface chemistry and modification. She has a profound knowledge about different biosensor readout technologies, clean room techniques and has worked in proteomics and electrophysiology.

Dr. Martin Eickhoff
Senior Manager of Research and Development
Professor Dr. Martin is a highly accomplished physicist whose research has focused on applications of solid state materials in nanophotonics, optoelectronics and for nanostructured chemical and biochemical sensors. He earned his doctorate from the University of Munich and worked as Sensors and Materials team leader at the Walter-Schottky-Institute of the Technical University in Munich.

Dr. Karl-Herbert Schäfer
TEAM LEADER OF NEUROPHYSIOLOGY STUDIES
Professor Dr. Karl-Herbert Schäfer is a medical doctor and researcher currently serving as a professor for biotechnology at the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern, Germany. In 2014, he was awarded with the Martin-Wienbeck-Award of the Wienbeck Foundation for Medical Development for his work on the enteric nervous system.

PROFESSOR DR. ARDESCHIR GHOFRANI
SENIOR INVESTIGATOR CARDIOPULMONARY & INTERNAL MEDICINE
Professor Dr. Ghofrani is director of Pneumology and medical executive director at the Kerckhoff-Clinic Bad Nauheim, Germany. His research is focused on pulmonary hypertension, ischaemia-reperfusion, experimental therapeutics and clinical trials. He is highly awarded, and received the German Future Prize for technology and innovation.

PROFESSOR DR. RALPH SCHERMULY
SENIOR INVESTIGATOR PULMONOLOGY & INTENSIVE CARE MEDICINE
Professor Dr. Ralph Schermuly did a doctorate and habilitation in Medicine at the Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, Germany, where he holds the professorship for Pulmonary Pharmacotherapy. Prof. Schermuly was Co-author of the Galenus-von-Pergamon-Award and later was honored with the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Award of the European Respiratory Society.
